Check the connection status using the taskbar icon

You can get a quick summary of your connection's status using the Network Magic icon in the notification area of the Windows taskbar (typically at the lower right of your display).

1. Rest the mouse's pointer over the Network Magic icon in the notification area.

2. Read the status information in the tooltip text.
